Young people must have say in shaping Europe’s future – Clune

Young people must be involved in a new EU-wide initiative to engage citizens in shaping Europe’s future.

So says Fine Gael MEP Deirdre Clune. She was commenting on the Conference on the Future of Europe which was launched in Ireland on Friday following last weekend’s European kick-off in the European Parliament in Strasbourg.

The EU is particularly keen to engage young people in sharing their views about the Europe they want to live in over the next few decades.
