Gary’s History in New Kingston--Part 2

On this week's show, we'll continue our conversation with Gary Mead and his upbringing/life in New Kingston--a small mountain hamlet located in Delaware County. Gary grew up on a dairy farm there, and later on would find himself making his living from wood, or the many species of trees that surround these mountains. 

Every Third Wednesday of the Month we speak with Gary Mead of Gary Mead Gallery in Margaretville NY. Gary has a long career of milling trees in these Catskill Mountains and working with wood to create unique pieces of furniture and art.
