Our Restaurant of the Week is Court Avenue Brewing Co. & Restaurant and with us to talk beer and food is the Brewmaster Brian Vaughn. We talk about the changes in beer from when Court Avenue Brewing started over twenty years ago and what was the secret they quickly learned that boosted the flavor and the favor of beer drinkers from across the Metro. We also touch on the value of well trained, smart and outgoing wait staff. Schooled in classical theater Brian made for an interesting and fun interview.
