Driven by a vision to revolutionize the real estate landscape, Duane founded and built a thriving brokerage, attracting over 100 realtors and facilitating transactions totaling $189 million within a year. Duane’s entrepreneurial spirit didn't stop there; they co-founded a lending company and spearheaded its growth to 85 loan officers in that short time, alongside launching a title company, further solidifying their presence in the real estate ecosystem.
In 2023, Duane embarked on a new chapter, selling their successful businesses to pursue their passion for worldwide expansion and coaching. He founded REALD2D a groundbreaking door-to-door expansion brokerage and coaching program, extending their expertise and mentorship to agents worldwide, and has personally trained the rookie of the year each year he’s been in the business.
