Barbara Berger has been a seeker all her life. In all her books, Barbara seeks to communicate in modern language her understanding of the science of consciousness and mind – and of ancient spiritual wisdom and principles. Barbara grew up in the US and attended Sarah Lawrence College in New York but left the US in the 60s because of the Vietnam War. After several tumultuous years on the road, Barbara married a Dane and settled down in Copenhagen, Denmark. In “The Road to Power / Fast Food for the Soul” she presents the life-changing techniques she used to rebuild her own life when she got divorced and was alone in a foreign country with three children to support. Barbara Berger has written more than 10 self-empowerment books including “Mental Technology” (The 10 Mental Laws), “Gateway to Grace”, and “The Spiritual Pathway”. Barbara’s book “Are You Happy Now? / 10 Ways to Live a Happy Life” has been released in Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Hebrew, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Swedish, Greek, Italian and Hungarian. Barbara’s new book “The Awakening Human Being – A Guide to the Power of Mind” was released in the UK and US in the fall of 2011. The book is also available in Danish, Dutch and Korean and will soon be followed by other languages. Even though Barbara lives in Copenhagen and speaks Danish, she writes all her books in English.
