In the latest episode of The Flip N' Shift Podcast, my guest is Jessica Compton.  

Jessica Compton is the Founder of Tree of Stars On Tour.  It is a foundation that promotes mental health awareness and addiction recovery.  Jessica has an online IG Live format that interviews Musicians, artists, podcasters, and many folks that speak on mental health matters.  She is a public speaker and she shares her recovery story as well as provides journaling workshops, peer support, musical performances, art exhibitions and anything that helps support and provides awareness around mental health.  We will be learning her story and how art and music helped her with healing.
