Genesis 39 - Conquering Temptation

We all face trials and temptations in this life! We all know we aren't suppose to give in, give up, or give the enemy a foothold. But I'm sure we have all probably had our times of stumbling in those trials and temptations! But how can we as Christians live as "more than conquerors", as the Word says? Too often I feel, we relegate the terminology "more than conquerors" to just that, terminology! It never takes root, thus it never produces in us what grace is suppose to produce in those who believe. In looking at the story of Joseph, we see some of the tendencies that promote failure in our lives but we also wrestle with the possibilities of how to attain the victory of Christ in your life!
