This movie is just rough. Your hosts do not recommend you spend any time watching it unless you really want to see how far superhero films have come in the past 8 years. There are moments that are not as horrible as others but for the most part this movie is a hard pass. Mike Talent enjoyed it more on his second viewing and graciously gives Green Lantern 2 out of 5 Reels. Matt on the other hand didn’t. He gives the movie 1 out of 5 Reels.
This Thursday the guys chat about an Amazon Original film The Lost City of Z. Captain Marvel comes out this Friday too, don’t forget! Your hosts will hopefully make it to the theaters this weekend and will give you their review of 2019’s first MCU film.
