As a human Potentialist, it is my passion to share techniques to help individuals access hidden resources, unlock amplified capacities and align with their higher destiny. One of the foundations of this work is exploring higher states of consciousness to experience the essential self – that place of pure potential, infinite creativity, and open awareness.

In this week’s episode, join me in two illuminating dynamics. In the first, we will take a deep dive into the ‘meta realms’ (inner landscapes) to connect with the stillness that is your essential nature. While guiding you on this meditation journey, you will also have the opportunity to share in the healing energies of the collective field we create.

Then, in the second dynamic, we will explore different levels of awareness using the power of conscious attention. Moving first to the realm of the five senses used to connect with the outer world, then to inner sense of physical body, followed by the sense of thoughts and finally arriving at the sense of relationship or interconnectedness.
