Emily Marner is a Senior Project Engineer at Kier Group, after starting in the industry as an Apprentice Electrician in 2008.

How was the workplace then and how has it changed over the last 15-16 years?

Emily shares her story of a major on-mountain incident that tested her to the limits and how she reacted to it in her usual positive, pro-active and selfless self.
