When Nexstar purchased the ABC affiliate WOI-TV5 in Des Moines we knew television broadcasting in the Des Moines Metro was going to change. Recently the company named veteran broadcaster Jon Skorburg to head the transition.  What does he have planned?  What can viewers expect in the daily news and programming?  We asked and Jon shared.
