In this 19-minute podcast, Dr Laila Abdullah interviews her Teacher Devlopment co-Lead, Dr Rini Paul on her journey as a new tutor on the GP Stage 2 programme. Rini shares why she decided to take on a Stage 2 group, what she learnt and enjoyed about the role and reflects on her top tips, including how to help students keep on top of their assessments, getting to know your students as individuals, involving the wider GP team in teaching and making the most of peer support (for your students and yourselves!).
