S 4 Ep 6 – Shiftwork, Fatigue and Meal Timing with Dr Charlotte Gupta
Season 4, Episode 6 welcomes back Dr Charlotte Gupta. Since her last appearance, Charlotte completed her PhD, which focused on different meal sizes during nightshift and their impacts on performance. In this episode, we cover Charlottes paper, entitled "Hot, Tired and Hungry: The Snacking Behaviour and Food Cravings of Firefighters during Multi-Day Simulated Wildfire Suppression". Additionally, we discuss Charlotte's current and future projects and research.
