In the mid-1960s, kids could climb right up in front of their black and white TVs and watch not one but TWO families filled with wacky monsters caper around their dusty old Victorian mansions, to the delight of every Dad that ever made a pun. 

In 2022, Rob Zombie attempts to recreate THE MUNSTERS, a whimsical but beloved sitcom centered around a goofy, disoriented, but well-intentioned Frankenstein's Monster known as HERMAN MUNSTER. 

We discuss the character of Herman, the style of the Rob Zombie film, and the significance of the Herman Munster character in his family, and in the larger culture.  Also, we talk about Sam Neill a lot.
