Making websites require a lot of different skills from the folks in the office acquiring the job, to the developers and designers that make the website work, then to the marketing officials that make the website popular. Often times freelancers, or small businesses are unable to cover all the bases when it comes to all these skill sets, leaving rather large holes in their company's tool set.
