Our speakers discussed using Teams and M365 Copilot to integrate silos of firm information, streamlining legal processes. Chad Ergun with Lewis Roca discussed Teams as a central point for legal process management. Carol-Lynn Grow with LawToolBox talked about how their solution illustrates a third-party tool being deeply integrated in the Microsoft ecosystem, using Copilot to create a better user experience and showing through docketing information in matter-centric Teams channels.
