Episode 54: Ever since she was a child herself, Mona Antwan has spoken up for other children. In 2017 she took another step toward her calling by establishing Mindfulness Leader. Currently a High School elective in Chicago, the program teaches students the art of mindfulness, to help students achieve a clear, and positive mindset.
