It’s the 400th consecutive sellout game at Memorial Stadium with the Nebraska Cornhuskers hosting Illinois Fighting Illini at 7 p.m. As we prepare for the excitement and pride of our ‘Friday Night Lights’ game, Greg and Minnie will discuss last week’s epic win 34-3 over the University of Northern Iowa and how the mistakes from that game (which were quickly overcome) are key elements to help Nebraska dominate against the Illini.

Currently, Nebraska is 3-0 and Illinois is 3-0

Both teams finished 2023 with a 5-7 record

QB play this season has drastically improved for each team

Both Matt Rhule and Bret Bielema believe in emphasizing complimentary football while having a strong running game, great special teams, consistent passing play and being the most physical team on the field.
