It's December which means it's the final challenge in our year of 30 day challenges - aka the 12:30 Challenge. This month's challenge is all about THE JAR. What is the JAR you ask?  It is how you will be accountable for the crummy habit you want to break.

Do you swear more than you'd like?  Do you want to workout more?  Do you forget to pack a lunch?  Or want to bicker less with your spouse?  

You make the call- decide what you want to make a change with and do it for 30 days!  

Once you know what you want to change... then, put your money where your mouth is.  How much will go into the jar when you "swear" or do the thing that you pick?
