My chocolate chip cookie technique.  Recipe is based on Nestle Toll House quantities. I use semi-sweet Ghirardelli chips.

3 Tips:

• All ingredients room temperature.
• Cream butter and sugars till they are super-fluffy!
• Smack the mid-baked cookie sheet whilst on the oven rack to flat and “concentrate” the cooookie.  YUM.
