2016 Truth Of Happiness Dhamma Study Saturday Introduction

This is a recording of a Dhamma talk and sangha discussion that introduces the Buddha’s teachings. It includes a brief history of the Buddha and an overview of his Dhamma. This talk was presented at the Introductory class for our 2016 Truth of Happiness Sangha Dhamma study on December 10, 2016 at Cross River Meditation Center in Frenchtown New Jersey.
