2. Compare your past years to the present. 
3. Focus on the spiritual and eternal blessings.

Why is it important to remember and count our blessings, naming them one by one? 

🙏 Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for Your goodness that I see every day. I know that every good thing comes from You, and I am grateful for Your many blessings. Help me to trust You more and to remember that gratitude strengthens my faith. As I look back at my past, I see how You have always been faithful. Today, I focus on the spiritual and eternal blessings You have given me through Christ. Fill my heart with joy and remind me to count my blessings every day. Thank You for Your unchanging love and grace. In Jesus' name, amen.
