Do you have a teenager or a tween in your house?  Every day can be like a roller coaster of emotions.  In this episode I share my top ten things that I wish I knew before our daughter hit this tween stage.  In this stage your child is doing a lot of growing and changing, emotionally and physically.  It is important to give them a lot of grace, patience, and encouragement as their brain is under construction.  This time is often compared to the toddler stage because there is so much change and growth. Crazy, right?  It can be overwhelming! So hold onto your seat and buckle up for some tips I wish I knew before jumping on this roller coaster ride.  Pop in those earbuds!
