Major changes are happening at Dunder Mifflin, and the siblings do their best to make sense of so much in these episode, focusing especially on Michael's obsession with pleasing people and being a good guy, almost always to his detriment, Jim putting Ryan in his place, Oscar choking worse than Bill Buckner, and Dwight's continued quest to bring Jim down.
