Katie is the founder of Peoplefluence, an organizational health consulting firm that equips leaders with the tools to upgrade their teams from a group of smart individuals to a cohesive Dream Team. She served as a National Sales Director at P&G and Board Member of ChangingGears, a Cincinnati-based nonprofit. She earned an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill and a BSBA from Saint Louis University. Katie has trained thousands of people, including CEOs, sales professionals, restaurant servers, retail and nonprofit teams on how to elevate self-awareness, company culture, and customer service.
