- As of Wednesday morning, a number of key Senate and governor's races were too close to call.

- f you fear you may not succeed, then sue and then sue again. That’s the strategy Republicans are embracing in battleground states such as Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin, where they have launched an assault on mail-in voting as they have simultaneously encouraged their voters to cast ballots in person.

-  Three States will decide the Senate. . . 

• Control of the Senate and House still hangs in the balance: There are three Senate races yet to be called: Georgia, which CNN projects will go to a runoff, as well as Nevada and Arizona.
• First Senate flip of the election: Democrat John Fetterman, Wins the PA Senate seat, defeating Trump-backed Republican Mehmet Oz. The pick-up is a big boost to Democrats' hopes of clinging to the Senate. Trump is furious that he didn't get behind Oz's opponent in the PA Primary  McCarthy!   His wife nudged his decision to back OZ.
