California Plagues, the Heart of Pharaoh and the Wrath of God

In the midst of a COVID pandemic California is having its worst fire season ever. COVID drove everyone outside just to have the fires drive them back inside because they couldn't breath the air. Will we have flooding when the rains start again? Is this the wrath of God?
