We also spoke about the excitement of Marianna playing basketball in France and her breakout game for the Opals where she scored 26 points and pulled in 17 rebounds against Puerto Rico. I recently had a fantastic chat with Opals basketballer, Marianna Tolo about her overall experience at Tokyo 2020 and what made it extra special.

We also spoke about the excitement of Marianna playing basketball in France and her breakout game for the Opals where she scored 26 points and pulled in 17 rebounds against Puerto Rico.

Marianna discussed the difference in Tokyo vs the Rio Olympics, why it was so special for the Boomers to win their first ever Olympics medal, some of her funny team mates, the pranksters of the group and how the girls dealt with the Olympics being postponed for twelve months.
