Attending a wedding or festive meal on day of Yahrzeit

May one attend a wedding meal, Sheva Brachos, Bar Mitzvah, Bris Milah, and other festive setting on the day of the Yahrzeit? Is there a difference between the children of the deceased versus siblings and other relatives? What about just going to the Chuppah or to say Mazal Tov?
