#12 - Property: Big Deals vs Small Deals

There's a lot of conflicting advice out there on what type of property investments are the best. In my opinion, it's all down to maximising what you can get done with the time you have. I think the main thing that you need to differentiate is are you looking for capital growth in the future? Are you looking for a good cash flow immediately? And how quickly are you looking pulling your equity back out of the deal that you're putting it into?
