Let your inner cheerleader shine!
We all have that one friend who tirelessly supports us all.
Having a cheerleader attitude is something that is good from everything to work to your partnership in your relationship and just moving forward and not giving up on your life. It is not about the Ra, ra, ra, it is all about the attitude.
When you see a cheerleader on the side lines their attitude is a winning attitude. When they are winning, they are cheering, Pom Pom's in the air cheering their team on.
When their team is loosing and making all the wrong moves, their tone NEVER changes. They have a winning tone, just a different chant, "defense, defense, defense. Their tone is still pointing the team towards winning. The cheerleader never gives up. She/he doesn't stomp off and say I'm out of here because her team is loosing.
It is about teamwork. Being there to support each other. Giving up is not an option.
Positivity, discipline, hard effort, teamwork, and devotion are all qualities that a cheerleader possess.
You need to pay attention to how you speak to yourself. Identify when you are being critical of yourself and stop. Shift it to positive. Cheer yourself on.
"I am strong, smart, capable person."
"I deserve to be treated with respect."
"I am not defined by my mistakes."
It is an understanding that there is room enough in the sky for everyone to take flight and soar without slamming into one another is a huge takeaway here.
Just like optimistic, Friday's word of the day, a cheerleader sees the bright side in any situation. They are natural morale-boosters.
"Sometimes you need to give yourself a pep talk… Hello, you're a badass, you got this."
