BaFin updates the FAQ Distribution

The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsauf- sicht, “BaFin”) published on August 12, 2021 a draft of the revised FAQ Marketing for consultation. The amendments serve to adapt to the changed legal framework following the entry into force of the Act to strengthen Germany as a fund location (Gesetz zur Stärkung des Fondsstandorts Deutsch- land, “Fondsstandortgesetz”). We would like to present to you the draft of the amended FAQ Marketing.
