#14 - Alan Nash

Nashy is an adventure, fitness and sports enthusiast and proud father of three. Host of the 'GET AFTER IT' Podcast and owner of ACE property Management, Nashy has been inspiring me this last year. Over the last few months, I came out of lockdown feeling healthier and cheerier than I have in a long time. Much of this is drawing inspiration from Nashy's Podcasts and Insta feed. I'm grateful for what he's putting out. With guests like JJ Chalmers, Jamie Murray, Julie Fowlis, WWE's Drew McIntyre, Bobby Hanton - the show unpacks the lives of people going for more.
