• Who are we friends with? The world or God? - 5, Matthew 6:24, John 15:18-19, I Corinthians 6:19, II Corinthians 6:14-18
• What are the keys to resisting sin? Submit to God, resist the devil, draw near to God. - I Peter 5:8-9, Luke 15:20
• Do not speak evil against one another, brothers. Who are we to judge? - 11-12, Matthew 7:1-5; II Corinthians 12:20-21 

Boasting About Tomorrow - James 4:13-17

• What do you have planned for tomorrow, this week, next year, 5 years, 10 years, when you retire?
• Notice v.13-14 - should we make plans? Is it wrong to make plans? Is it wrong not to make plans? Consider Luke 12:13-21. Make plans - Luke 14:28-32. God's will - Acts 18:21
• Have your plans ever been changed by God? How did it work out?
• What is the difference between a sin of commission and a sin of omission? Which is easiest to commit?
