Tony is a serial entrepreneur, who's started over 50 companies.  He's the current CEO of "Just Life Group Limited", in New Zealand.  Tony bought the company for $1, and has grown it to it's current worth of over $80-million, so he knows a thing or two about managing people and getting great performance from his staff.
