34. Getting out of a date you don’t like

Anna has an expectation face as the podcast starts, she is going a little crazy whilst in Toronto away from her dude. Sara loves her start to the week with the podcast recording and she is full of love and gratitude for the listeners and Anna her co-host. They both know how challenging life can be and they can help lift things a little and share some tools that may be of use. Anna is grateful too.

 

Jersey is going well, they've not f'd it up yet and people are now allowed in homes, small gatherings are now allowed, hurray! Gyms are open, time to work off the COVID bulge. 

 

Anna has been hiking out to Lake Ontario and enjoyed a coffee in an actual coffee shop. This is a major highlight.
