In this episode, I talk about relationships and how a newfound relationship could take a toll on your waistline. With Valentine’s Day approaching here in the USA, I thought it would be fun to introduce you to my wonderful husband, Kevin.
Kevin will share some insights on how our health and wellness journeys have emerged throughout our relationship. We will spend some time reminiscing on the many diets I roped him into trying with me and how he would drop weight really easily and I would gain weight even though we were following the same protocol.
I hope that from this conversation you will not only laugh but also realize that it’s not your partner’s fault if they are able to lose more weight than you or eat things that you can’t.
