MAP 456 - Creating XPression Maps Drawing Tools With Flight Mode Enabled

XPression Maps HTML5 users sometimes wish drawing tools only appeared at specific times. Well, now with XPression Maps 4.0, Maps Designers can provide Drawing Tools with something called FLIGHT MODE.
Flight mode drawing tools only appear during a pause of an animated map. This means a label might only be visible as the animation fliest to that location, and then fade away when the animation moves on.
