—Here are 3 big things you need to know—
One — Former President Trump can celebrate another Republican caucus win. Trump claimed all 26 of Nevada's GOP delegates Thursday, moving him one step closer to snagging the Republican Presidential nomination. He also secured a victory in the U.S. Virgin Islands caucuses.
Two— Governor Gretchen Whitmer says she is concerned by the number of Democrats who say they will vote "uncommitted" in the presidential primary. She says there is a lot at stake in this year's presidential election and is urging people to support President Biden for a second term.
And number three — A bill to provide aid to Israel, Ukraine and Taiwan is moving forward in the Senate. The Senate voted in favor of advancing the foreign aid package today after Republicans in the chamber rejected a broader bill including border policy changes. The 67-32 vote means the Senate can begin consideration of the 95-billion dollar package.
