As the new year approaches, many of us feel the need to shift into planning mode to prepare for the coming year. Reflecting on the past year, many women I speak with are busy doing everything BUT the things they really want to be doing. A lot of that comes from the fact that it’s easy to have our day, our week, our month and even our year get away from us, because we tend to focus on everything and everyone else’s agenda but our own. As the new year approaches, many of us feel the need to shift into planning mode to prepare for the coming year.

Reflecting on the past year, many women I speak with are busy doing everything BUT the things they really want to be doing. A lot of that comes from the fact that it’s easy to have our day, our week, our month and even our year get away from us, because we tend to focus on everything and everyone else’s agenda but our own.

And then, the end of the year comes around, and we’re like… well, there that went… guess I’ll have to try again this year. And then, you set the same goal, share it with the same people, and ultimately have the same experience in the coming year.
