30. James Hilts, Andover HS (KS)

The former head baseball coach from Remington High School returned home to Andover High School and currently serves as the program's pitching coach and head JV coach. Coach Hilts is one of the best sharers in the entire Twitter baseball community, and he did not disappoint when he jumped on the line to talk about what he learned as a head coach, how he serves the Andover program as an assistant, what his Dugout Participation Chart is all about, and so much more.
