Though Spanish is spoken in all 20 Latin countries certain obvious social and cultural differences stand out. For example, can you guess which Latin country citizens are the loudest and most raucous… and which country or countries have the most low key, calm and introverted populations?

10 years ago I cautiously recommended Ecuador as a nice “Plan B” strategy for gringos and expats. But I also warned that any large influx of gringos would surely ruin the place... well I hate to say I told you so… but….
