3. (10 Min.) Interim Assistant Superintendent Appointment : Interim Superintendent Folan will present his recommendation of a candidate for discussion and a possible vote of approval.

4. (20 Min.) COVID Update and Preparation Plans: Interim Superintendent Folan will present a high-level overview of recent DPH and DESE Fall Guidance, along with ongoing District response and preparation.

5. (45 Min.) Policy Review: Interim Superintendent Folan, Chair Merenda and Ms. O’Halloran will present the following policies for a 1st Read.

H. (10 Min.) Director of Finance and Operations Report Mr. Marshall will report on the application for ARPA funds and other business matters.

   The consent agenda is designed to expedite the handling of routine and miscellaneous business of the District. The School Committee may adopt the entire Consent Agenda with one motion. At the request of any committee member, any item(s) may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda for discussion.
