NCEA's Interim President/CEO Kathy Mears sits down with Deacon Rick Wagner to discuss Pro-Life issues during this Respect Life Month. This year's theme for the USCCB's Respect Life Program is “Live the Gospel of Life.” Deacon Rick was ordained on June 23, 2012 and currently serves his home parish of St. Pius X in Indianapolis, IN.
