ケンジ君(くん)は、アメリカ人(じん)かどうかわかりません。

kenji kun wa, amerika jin kadouka wakarimasen.

Kenji – (title for younger boy) – as for – American – whether or not – (I) don't know

I'm not sure if Kenji is an American or not.
