An inspiring question to ask yourself: Imagine it's your 80 years old birthday, what do you want to see? Where do you want to be? Who will be there? How do you feel? Who have you become?

Start applying this principle by:

-Upcoming meeting: What is the objective? What do I want to know or communicate? If leading, what result do I want for our team after this 1 hour?

-Plan of the month, plan for 2021

-How do you envision your 80th birthday?
