Dave Carollo is back with us on this Tuesday as February comes to a close today and today he is joined by his special guest Michael Wick from the Institute of Religious Life, and today is Fat Tuesday, due to the fact that Lent starts up next tomorrow and Dave reminds us all the fun and facts surrounding today, also Martigra LOL.  Since Ash Wednesday is tomorrow, Dave mentions it opens up Lent and gets us ready for days when we must give up something for 40 days and nights as well as it’s looked upon with the knowledge of “giving up” something(s) but also says it’s a good thing, in terms of sin and seeking forgiveness, as well as doing something positive with ourselves.  As mentioned, Dave is joined by Michael Wick from the Institute of Religious Life and not only does he help with the opening prayer, but he talks about the Institute and history, as well  as what it’s doing in the present.  After the second break, Dave and Michael talk about an upcoming conference that both their organizations are getting ready for.  Towards the end of the show, the final topic of discussion is Sister Lucia, which both share some of her history and importance.  For more information on Dave Carollo and Michael Wick, visit online at:
