Tiffany is a single mom to 5 amazing children-4 who courageously fight cystic fibrosis. In just over a decade her family and friends rallied to raise nearly $100,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. For 19 years, she served as the director of religious education and youth ministry at St. John the Baptist in Jefferson and most recently took the role as regional coordinator for Life Teen International. She’s an incredibly talented pianist and slightly addicted to cold brew.
