Before becoming a Certified #Trauma #Recovery #Coach, Paul Christino had a long stint in the entertainment industry getting his first break with a recurring role on the hit TV show E.R. in the late nineties.  However, like many trauma survivors, his purpose in life was not clear to him as a young man.  All of his time, energy and emotional resources were put towards just surviving.  After years of sifting through his own experiences Paul began to understand that in order for him to truly heal, he must reach out to others like him and walk shoulder to shoulder with them as they move through their healing journey.  Paul continued his studies and has now opened his Trauma Recovery Coaching practice holding sessions in his Manhattan office and online.
