During this episode of "The Life of a Gentleman," our hosts, Richard and Charles, first talk about goals. They discuss why it's important to have goals and how setting them makes your dreams more tangible. Richard and Charles also go over the acronym S.M.A.R.T. goals and which teach the listeners how to make their goals effective. Our special guest Lydia Evans, who has appeared on ABC's "Shark Tank," talks about her product (the SW&G bar), her experience on Shark Tank, and also her future plans. Lastly, Richard and Charles introduce Barnette Holston for the Gentlemen's News where he speaks about New York Fashion Week. Barnette discusses his participation and also the do's and don'ts of attending New York Fashion Week.
